    Return procedure

    Get in touch by emailing admin@tpi1.co.uk you will need to provide the following information: your name, address, order ID and e-mail address.

    Faulty products procedure  

    Faulty items are covered under our 1 year warranty.

    If you notify us of a fault within 1 year from purchase date we will offer you an exchange for the same or similar product(s).

    Refund procedure

    Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, you will receive an e-mail receipt. Your refund will be processed by our administration team and credit for the full amount paid returned to the original source of payment.

    Damaged on Arrival Procedure

    You will need to inform us within 10 days of receiving your order for your claim to be valid.We can offer either a full refund or an exchange for the same model.
